The willikins bot insists that the 'Europe/Warsaw' timezone does not exist:

11:14:57 <mgorny> !time set Europe/Warsaw
11:14:57 <willikins> Europe/Warsaw is an invalid timezone. Format is Continent/City or a two character country code.

Sounds to me like an sys-libs/timezone-data update is required.

America/Chicago isn't valid either. ;) But this bug should be assigned to robbat2 directly per request
