Please have an educated guess, why bugs are assigned to bug wranglers and not random Gentoo addresses. You cause bug notification for several dozens of people that have nothing to do with PHP.
Sorry about that. Something didn't go as expected during a commit that caused files to be commited, but not the manifest and I didn't notice the errors. Should be fixed now.
