Description Juergen Rose 2010-10-19 09:03:15 UTC
Because octave-forge-meta is now masked, I removed octave-forge-meta. Now 'emerge -p --depclean' wants to remove all (ca 40) installed octave-forge files.
Should I remove all these files and install them again with g-octave?

Reproducible: Always

Any news?

yes, g-octave can't use the stuff you have installed from the science overlay.

You will need to reinstall the packages with g-octave if you want them working properly. the octave-forge* packages on the overlay will be removed soon and are not maintained right now.
