Description Sven Müller 2010-10-18 09:17:29 UTC
Hi,

alsa is masked on my system. I'm using oss4. Since the last kde-update I had to install qt-multimedia. The ebuild includes a dependency to alsa-libs, which blocked my whole update list.

I removed that constaint. It's compiling anyway. So please make that alsa-dependency optional.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uDN world

Actual Results:
qt-multimedia-4.6.3.ebuild tries to install alsa-stuff

Expected Results:
alsa should be a optional dependency
