Code listing 2.32 should be "useradd" instead of "adduser"

Thanks for reporting. All references to "adduser" fixed in CVS.

Except for the Gentoo/FreeBSD guide, since the "adduser" command seems to be part of the BSD userspace, and works differently than the Linux equivalent.
