Currently, the mercurial eclass does not support a bootstrap command to be defined. Other scm-eclasses (bazaar, git, subversion) do support this convenient way to prepare a source checkout for an actual build.

Also, it makes ebuild writing easier if eclasses with matching functionality also have matching features.
