Need --enable-udisks othrewise building without udisks support

Reproducible: Always

  --enable-udisks         build libfm with udisks support (Linux only)
                          [default=yes]

The default behavior was to build with udisks support but it is prefered to have a useflag around.

So, added use flag to choose the prefered backend
