net-p2p/mktorrent-0.4 in portage is very outdated, could we get an updated version? (1.0)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mktorrent
2. install
3. it's old as dirt

Actual Results:  
old as dirt version installed

Expected Results:  
installed latest version

Not sure what you mean, 1.0 is in Portage since April...

can we get a stable on i686? portage is still showing 0.4 here. (synced and double checked before posting)

guess the recent profile changes that were issued on server profiles solved this. since nobody closed it i will.
