This is my fault. It looks like I accidentally uploaded the yaboot-1.3.16 source as the static build. It should be fixed, but I'm not sure how long it'll take for the mirrors to update the file.
Well, almost 1 year later, it seems it has still not reached the mirrors ;)
It seems like it never did! I bumped the version # this time, hopefully it'll get out there. If not, yaboot-static-1.3.17 is also in the tree, which will definitely work.
