I just took up maintainership of ipsec-tools. This is the last bug open against it. I'm willing to consider radius support, but that link is dead. I'll play with it a bit and if I get anywhere I'll add it, otherwise I'm just going to pass.
The package lacks radius support in linux and it would be a lot of work to get it in there. Unless someone is willing to do that leg work, I'm dropping radius support. I want to move forward on this improtant package.
