selinux howto needs an update for the kernel config

make menuconfig
"security option" -> 
"Default security module" -> 
needs to be set to SELinux

default setting is:
"Unix Discretionary Access Controls" 
with the default setting selinux will not work.

tested with kernel 2.6.35.7 i dont know when "default security module" was first seen in the kernel
