When attempting to install or update deluge, the process fails with the message "!!! A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/net-p2p/deluge/files/deluged.init.rej"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge deluge
3.

Actual Results:  
!!! A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/net-p2p/deluge/files/deluged.init.rej


Expected Results:  
deluge installs

I just synced and that file isn't listed in the manifest. You could try syncing from a different mirror.
