due to this package I have now some additional /-directories (/info, /lisp, /pkginfo )

stupid question - where is it ? 
I don't see it in the portage tree..

Not a stupid question at all, it seems that I had forgotten to actually commit it. It should be in CVS now. Thanks for following up.
