app-editors/cssed-0.4.0-r1 seems to lack application launcher file (cssed.desktop) in /usr/share/applications. After creating one manually I believe it should be shipped with installation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge cssed



Expected Results:  
Ship with cssed.desktop.
