My university uses kerberos authentication to authenticate many services,
including e-mail.  I would like to be able to use Mozilla's mail program to
authenticate.  This patch for mozilla doesn't look like it should be too hard to
include in mozilla by using a use flag.  It seems that this is the only way to
add support for kerbos to mozilla.

Well it apears a new version has been released that works through plug-ins.
