gdk-pixbuf, gtk+ and librsvg-2.31 are all package.masked. I believe that once you get librsvg visible, then it should auto-resolve the conflicts and upgrade fine, but you seem to have local unmasks of gdk-pixbuf and gtk+-2.22 without an unmask of librsvg-2.31+. If the blocker doesn't auto-resolve with librsvg unmasked, please reopen.
