After configuring ppc-source, a make boot fails to complete with errors about
zlib.h missing.  Copying /usr/src/linux/arch/ppc/boot/include/zlib.h to
/usr/src/linux/arch/ppc/boot/lib/ fixed the problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ppc-sources
2. make menuconfig
3. make boot

Actual Results:  
make boot fails with errors about missing zlib.h

Expected Results:  
built vmlinuz
