Site "http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/linux/etqw/" that is suggested by the fetch-restriction message to download "ETQW-client-1.5-full.x86.run" file from, does not contains it.

The file can be dowloaded directly from URL:

ftp://ftp.i3d.net/Games/Enemy Territory Quake Wars/Patches/ETQW-client-1.5-full.x86.run

Fetch restriction is not needed.
