Bug 338626 – mail-client/thunderbird version bump to 3.1.4

Thunderbird 3.1.4 was released on September 16th.

Included in the "Several fixes to improve the user interface" described in the release notes is a fix for a very annoying bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=595197) in message composition.

A simple ebuild rename from 3.1.3 appears to work.

This would work, but some rework has been done in overlay for ~arch users, I will move it to tree later today.
