The manpage is no longer installed in -r3 but some action for the older version should be performed too (a blocker?).
Or webapp-config -r3 stabilization. Meanwhile I removed eclass manpages from -r1 as well. When you see that the only people commenting on a bug are non-herd developers.. it means particular herd is dead so feel free to fix it for yourself...
