Well, this is not a very big bug, but should be corrected! If you want to view
this site in english, the page is not found ->
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/de/guide-localization.xml

The link should be http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/guide-localization.xml and not
http://www.gentoo.org/en/guide-localization.xml

Chapter 1.
the line  "This guide is also available in English."
English has a wrong link. /doc is missing.

I'll change it right away.
Don't need to understand German for that ;-)
