Without x11-libs/libXinerama installed, icaclient fails with message about not finding libXinerama.so.1. This only happens when using it on x86. It works fine on amd64. Once I emerged libXinerama, it worked fine. On amd64 libXinerama is included in the emul packages, so added it for x86 only. Thanks for your report and the patience.
