Description wolfgang 2010-09-22 21:32:39 UTC
I have attached an url to the ctan page containing the package in question. I have run g-ctan -g as root, and when listing with g-ctan -l I do not see paralist. I also tried g-ctan -c paralist and g-ctan tells me it doesn't know that package.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =app-portage/g-ctan-2009.2
2. run g-ctan -g as root
3. try g-ctan -c paralist as root

Actual Results:
"* paralist is not known to me. Either get a new package database or correct the package name. This error can happen for valid package names if there has been no update since the current TeXLive version. "

Expected Results:
I expect for g-ctan to find the package, and create an ebuild for me.

Please read carefully what g-ctan tells you:

> http://tug.ctan.org/cgi-bin/ctanPackageInformation.py?id=paralist

$ find /usr/share/texmf* -name 'paralist'
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/paralist
$ qfile /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/paralist
dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra (/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/paralist)

Any questions?

Sorry, wrong selection buffer. I was referring to:

So this is something from your end then, or my end?
