Now, please start by stating exact gentoo-sources version you're complaining about. 'emerge --info' would be nice too.

I fixed it already in tree. Since it will take some time to hit mirrors, to manually fix do this:
cd /usr/portage/sys-kernel/gentoo-sources; repoman manifest
