This has been in the tree for a while, and contains an important addition for mail hosts: the URIBL_DBL_SPAM rule. I still see a few enhancement or infrastructure bugs open, but nothing that would block stabilization?
bug 294576 - is it a regression? Maybe RESTRICT tests if they will never work. bug 325301 would be nice to fix
