Description pab iron 2010-09-20 20:19:11 UTC
The emerge of dev-java/ant-core-1.8.1 freezes because a process persists in "disk sleep" (D) (see attached htop.txt). This was reproduced with dev-java/icedtea6-bin and dev-java/sun-jdk. I also got a crash output with stack infos (see dmesg.txt).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge "=dev-java/ant-core-1.8.1"
2.
3.

Actual Results:
emerge freeze

Expected Results:
successful emerge

kernel: gentoo-sources-2.6.34-r1 as well as gentoo-sources-2.6.34-r6

I looked closer. I'm actually using gentoo sources with reiser4 patchs and it's reiser4 related so I switched so I switched the status to WONTFIX. I'll try to report the bug upstream.
