I have the same problem. To make it work I have to issue: $ genkernel --install --ramdisk-modules --symlink --luks --mdadm --dmraid --integrated-initramfs --no-compress-initramfs initramfs and after $ genkernel --install --ramdisk-modules --symlink --luks --mdadm --dmraid --integrated-initramfs --no-compress-initramfs all
