Bug 33798 – net-ftp/gproftpd-8.1.0 edits the wrong proftpd conf file

gproftpd is pretty good but I think it should be patched for Gentoo so that it
edits /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf not /etc/proftpd.conf

GProFTPD 8.1.4 has been introduced to the tree; does the problem persist?

revised ebuild with new proftpd.conf location

This revision has the path for the proftpd.conf file set to the proftpd default
of /etc/proftpd.  I also added einfo statement for instructions on specifying
another proftpd.conf location. Unless there is some reason to keep the old
ebuild setting of looking in /etc/ this ebuild is ready to go into portage.

this is the fixed ebuild bumped to version 8.1.6

one of these bugs could be closed
