there is already a ebuild for pptpclient (http://pptpclient.sf.net) however
there is no ebuild for the pptp-php-gtk application also from the mentioned URL.

pptp-php-gtk allows a VPN connect to be very easily created under X. Connections
can be created, mppe support enabled and domain name servers can be
automatically assigned (can't be done via the old pptpclient console interface).

pptp-php-gtk still requires pptpclient.

Release 1.3.1 on 10th June 2003 (latest) 

Hope one could make an ebuild, this program is essential for those that use
Gentoo in university campuses as it allows quick VPN configuration including
routing.

I would if I knew how to make one and had the time. I'll try but releasing that would be a dangerous thing on my part (even as masked!)

net-dialup/pptp-php-gtk is now in cvs. :)
