Failing here as well. Not a 2.6 issue.
It has to do with the KDE USE flag, if you emerge it with USE="-kde" it works...
Maybe this is a QT 3.2.3 problem? I'm not seeing any complaints within the forums regarding this ticket. Anyone have a previous version to test with?

I'm closing this as WONTFIX. It seems everyone is having problems with this ebuild, it's currently hard masked in portage. It also looks like Mandrake are changing their package names as well.
