The ~alpha keyword is not entered in the KEYWORDs for ucd-snmp.  
It at least compiles there and now-adays ethereal depends on some snmp 
package. (it used to work on RedHat-alpha).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try emerge -upD world 
2. 
3. 
Actual Results:  
No suppliers of virtual/snmp were found. required by ethereal 

Expected Results:  
Just ebuild.
