The SDLmame ebuild seems to be more or less the same since i added 0.124.

I corrected various glitches and updated it to 0.139_p2:

- joystick.dat gone (options included in mame.ini now)
- Corrected paths (no roms, artwork or samples in /etc)
- Created a new config file template based on the 0.139 options
- have ctrlr and cheats in share and etc since you can create your own but also use pre-made packs and archives
- Added bd.ui front back (http://www.netswarm.net/misc/sdlmame-ui.bdf.gz) because the built-in is ugly scalled 800% with OpenGL
- Small thinks like using ${MY_CONF_PN} more and stuff i forgot

Should be better with sdlmame-0.139_p3.ebuild
