media-video/mvc seems to have some upstream problems
- homepage looks wrong, should be "http://www.turbolinux.com.cn/~merlin/mvc/" (but that results in error 404)
- src_uri gives error 404
- last updates in 2006, free software directories don't have more recent information
- builds correctly, but doesn't work with my usb webcam

I think you might want to treat this like a package with a dead upstream.

This one was removed from tree wrt bug 359793.   Close as WONTFIX.
