missing language file
 * ERROR: www-client/firefox-3.6.9 failed:
 *   mozilla-firefox-3.6.9-ja.xpi does not exist


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable Japanese language 
2. install firefox 3.6.9

Actual Results:  
install fails

Expected Results:  
install completes

either the use flag should be disabled, or the Japanese language xpi should be included

seems that the linguas code just needs to be updated to remove the "mozilla-"
