The Wine development release 1.3.2 is now available.
New version 1.3.2 has been released a few days ago

The ebuild has GV="1.0.0-x86"
but Gecko 1.1.0 has been released for x86 and x64 

should i open a new bug for this?

file a new bug.  the x86 vs x86-64 issue has to be sorted out.
