More than a day and two "emerge --sync" later still the same issue:
Two days later. Is there not anybody, who could change the Manifest for sci-chemistry/gromacs-4.5.1 from the science overlay, that it respect the filesize of gromacs-4.5.1.tar.gz (VERSION 4.5.1-20100902-2d7e855)?
Further four days later, is anybody reading this?
(In reply to comment #0) > 'emerge gromacs' fails with: Please mention the overlay with a `[<overlaysname> overlay]` prefix, to ease the assignment process. (In reply to comment #2) > More than a day and two "emerge --sync" later still the same issue: Since this is in an overlay, you need to run `layman -S` or whatever you use to sync your overlay trees. emerge --sync only updates the main tree. Michael
Please excuse that I did not mention the science overlay. 'emerge -uvDN world' usually runs on my boxes in a script which starts with 'emerge --sync' and 'layman -S'. So I did also 'layman -S' several times since my first posting. I think, that the issue is easy to fix.
Hi Michael, I just did once more 'layman -S'. The problem is still there. Regards Juergen
gromacs-4.5.1 was removed from sci overlay a while ago
