upgraded 2.9.2-r1 with works btw here, wp-admin/upgrade.php works in 3.0.1, and lostpasswd works in both, 3.0.1 just shows blank page still, no error nothing

downgrade to 2.9.2-r1

Reproducible: Always

This is an old bug.  3.5.1 is now on the tree.  If the same problem occurs, reopen this bug.
