I created a rsync mirror rsync1.cn.gentoo.org for personally hobby, now this server can not serve as a public rsync server, because the network link for this server to reach masterportage.gentoo.org is very slow, every sync to the masterserver will cause at least 40 minute to finish. 

and for now, many big isp has created a rsync server, like this one:
rsync://mirrors.163.com/gentoo-portage

so I request to remove my server from official rsync server.

Removed rsync1.cn.gentoo.org from ACLs, removed from DNS. Thanks for the hardware and bandwidth donation, your services helped many Gentoo Users. (You have no more obligation to monitor the gentoo-mirrors mailing list.)
