Apache Traffic Server, Formerly Yahoo/Inktomi Traffic Server, have released 2.1.2/2.0.2 now. As it is a good solution for CDN hosting and proxy/cache servers, please inlude it.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I have setup a simple trafficserver test bed ebuild in http://gitorious.org/gserver/portage/trees/master/www-servers/trafficserver

with 2.1.2 and livebuild 9999.


Expected Results:  
please kindly include it, I will help on the bug fix etc.

@Zym: Have you considered developing an overlay for this? Also, 2.1.5 is out (renaming the ebuild is all that's needed).

2.1.7 and 2.1.8 are out. You can just duplicate the 2.1.6 ebuild for 2.1.7, but the 2.1.8 introduces sandbox violations.

trafficserver-3.0.0.ebuild

the v3.0.0 stable release is released today, we encourage all user upgrade to v3.0.

be sure to know there is many changes after v2.1.4, if you get a very old version, ie v2.0.1 to 2.1.3, you many need to update your config files.

you may face the disk format changing during the upgrade, that will result in data dropped completely, you have been warned!
