Somewhere around version 0.4.0 the nonfree adobe-ps license was replaced by BSD. I can't find any upstream changelog, but it is mentioned in the Debian changelog at at http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/p/poppler-data/poppler-data_0.4.3-1/changelog . Reproducible: Always
