Sites that detect the flash plugin incorrectly see the 10.1 plugin as 9.0 or lower. Independent of browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge www-plugins/adobe-flash-10.1.82.76-r1 2. go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html 3. site displays "Flash Version that this browser is running: LNX 9,0,124,0" 4. Go to comedy central, Colbert shows "missing plugin" (though all ads run). Actual Results: some sites that require 10.1 refuse to load. Expected Results: Should run. Should I file a bug with Adobe? I got my wrist slapped (gently) for going upstream with another bug.
Please let your browser show you the paths to the plugins you have in use, and look through that list - it looks highly likely that you still have an older version installed that is accessed before the newer one. Without that information we cannot reproduce or confirm the problem. Also post your `emerge --info' and tell us which browsers you tried, as cat/pkg-version if you please.

Now that 10.1 is dead (due to upstream fetch issues and many security holes), can you please confirm whether or not the latest stable 10.2 is experiencing the same issues?
