imwheel segfaults when scrolling on root window and using -r option which allows scrolling on root window without showing configuration helper. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use a custom (even empty) ~/.imwheelrc 2. $ imwheel -r 3. scroll on the root window Actual Results: imwheel segfaults Expected Results: imwheel should send events to the root window (or any wm configuration for wheel on r/w) Adding the following rule to the rc file (or using the default one in /etc) avoids the segfault: "\(root\)" , Button4, Button4 , Button5, Button5 but this results in cpu load for both X and imwheel after a couple of scrolls, I don't know if I should submit another bug for that or it is the same one.
I forgot to mention that I'm using fluxbox; the actual .fluxbox/keys is set to change workspace while scrolling on root window.
