It might be nice for the users to know that, if they setup distcc (as described in the distcc guide) they can speed up the installation of Gentoo.

Okay, I've added a small paragraph about distcc to the handbook. The instructions in the distcc guide are sufficient and shouldn't be replicated (at least that is my opinion).

Distcc is available for all architectures, so that is all right.
