Description Brian Olsen 2010-08-22 05:17:46 UTC
I have a dual core2 quad system with onboard ati es1000. I'm actually using an ati 4350 for driving a display. During boot phase with r2 I totally lose video signal. Reverting to r1 fixes things. I directly copied the config from r1 to r2 when I built the kernel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot 2.6.35-r2
2.
3.

Actual Results:
no video signal

Expected Results:
video signal

Can you try with latest gentoo-sources please (2.6.35-r4 atm)? Also, please use make oldconfig after copying the config file. Thank you.
