Mu Qiao has done an awesome job with GSoC 2010 bringing Gentoo networking to NetworkManager 0.8. He has shown strength in working with upstream developers, and knows his way with C code. I have been mentoring him on GSoC project and I have to admit, working with him is a real pleasure. He's very independent and is learning very fast. He puts much effort to fix every bug and make his project better. I'm sure he will be great addition to Gentoo developers community. I've receive first quiz and his working on second one now. Reproducible: Always

I'm also willing to maintain NetworkManager related ebuilds. I'm interested in openrc project and would like to do some staff in this project in future.
I've sent the developer quiz and end quiz to recruiters@gentoo.org
