lsyncd version 1.37 has been released. It *seems* to me that the patch isn't needed anymore, but it would be helpful if someone with more insight could double check.

FYI I stumbled on this when lsyncd-1.33 didn't compile with the config file (--conf) option on ~amd64. This ebuild works on ~amd64, and creates all the options, without problems.
