When I press the "View Manual" button in the game, Firefox attempts to open file:///usr/share/games/lightyears/manual/index.html . However, this file doesn't exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press the "View Manual" button

Actual Results:  
File not found

Expected Results:  
The local copy of the manual should open in my preferred web browser if it exists. If it doesn't exist, then the manual should be loaded from the web.
