I had the similar problem with marble. I noticed, that I upgraded qt-webkit recently. Keeping in mind that qt-* should be compiled with the same compiler and cxxflags, and that they may have changed since last qt-* upgrade, I decided to recompile the whole qt-* set. After that marble compiles just fine, as well as other KDE packages.
Solved after recompiling x11-libs/qt-core
