Hi,

it seams that kdegraphics-3.2.0_beta1.ebuild needs a depend to dev-libs/fribidi-0.10.4 in order to build ksvg.

Added as a dep based on the bidi use flag.  Thanks for the report.

This bit me in beta2 as well, and USE=bidi isn't (to me, at least) the obvious solution to enable SVG. Couldn't a svg USE-flag be implimented rather?
