Please add epatch_user to the lighttpd ebuild, or otherwise have the ebuild call base_src_prepare so that user patches can be applied automatically.

(And yes, I understand I will never submit bug reports for applications with user patches applied!)

base_src_prepare is called in lighttpd-1.4.28.
